My son Jason Crosby created the Fire Within. Together we have 18 years experience in Martial Arts. We use Martial Arts as means of self-expression. We show people how it can help motivate, increase fitness levels, also how much fun you can have through our demonstrations.
 
Jason one day came up with the name Fire Within for our demonstration team. I thought it was also a great explanation for what it takes to do what we do.
 
We both get enjoyment out of seeing people’s faces when we perform our skits. It is a great way for us to portray our achievements. But the greatest gift is when we get to perform for an appreciative audience.
