Frank has been involved in singing and some acting for many years, primarily in Montreal, Toronto, London, and Chatham. His first public appearance as a singer was at age 7. He has appeared in numerous plays, including the recent Victoria Playhouse production of Perils in Petrolia, but his focus is on singing, as a soloist and in many choirs.

Since retirement, Frank has put together a Karaoke singing and comedy act which he has performed at about fifteen retirement and nursing homes for the last four years on a regular basis. He has a repertoire of some 1500 songs and sings baritone, bass, and occasionally tenor.

Frank was nominated for the 2008 Chatham-Kent Seniors Achievement Award for Ootstanding Volunteer Service. He has been married for 46 years, has two children and three grandchildren.
